Connected Equipment Warranty Claim Form

Belkin offers a connected equipment warranty (or CEW) for the repair or replacement of connected equipment damaged from surges or spikes that occur when they are properly connected to a Belkin product that has a CEW, this include Surge Protectors, Chargers or Power Banks.

If you’re not sure if your product has a CEW or nothing else was damaged and you need a simple replacement of your Belkin product, please call our customer service team. You can find their number here.
